PattayaParent
Following their highly successful The Lofts - Pratumnak Raimon Land are now announcing the launch of their 2 towers (37 and 54 storeys) at Wongamat Beach caled Zire Are they joking or what? FarangBuddha
I don't think so. It's on a thin sliver of land adjacent to their North Point development. It's a smaller plot so a 50+ story tower along with another would be quite a squeeze. I wonder if they will have a similar separate daft parking structure. Otherwise NP is first class all the way. jimmybkk
Wonder how happy the Northpoint owners are going to be when the piling starts and the cracks start appearing...
sharecropper
Is anyone buying all these condos in Wong Amart/Naklua? And if so, who? It's starting to sound like a posh tenement slum area to me.
FarangBuddha
Wonder how happy the Northpoint owners are going to be when the piling starts and the cracks start appearing... The site was clearly visible during the marketing and sales period for North Point...so the new project would not be much of a surprise. The double-glazing at NP will keep out most of the noise. The website for the Zire lists 3 available languages...Thai, English, and RUSSIAN.
PattayaParent
Didn't they realise that with the non-sales of their similar The Lofts Pratumnak development that there will be no demand? Maybe they will be transferring the deposits of any people who 'invested' in The Lofts to this new development? Or maybe it will just be another way to raise some cash with no end product? doggie888888
They seem remarkably close to the high tide mark...isn't there some law against this?

Are you sure...I was at North Point a week ago and they only had maybe a couple dozen units available (from the developer) out of hundreds in those two towers. Other than the daft separate parking garage structure, it's a first class development. Beautiful on the beach location, pools, and gardens...units small but if one had the dosh it would be a nice place to live. As Zire is right next door, imagine demand will be robust as well. Step one: make a big hole Step two :Make an even bigger hole to close the first one Step three :Repeat step two over and over again until you are ready to run.
