I live in Jomtien Beach Condos and have a leak. The water has damaged the condo below me. I need a crew that can fix my leak and repair the condo below me without playing "<deleted>*k the Farang" and taking me for thousands of Baht. In other words, I need quality work at an honest and reasonable price.

I can recommend this guy to deal with the water leak but not sure about the work in the condo below.

Hes a decent sort and if he cannot do the work himself Im sure he can recommend someone to deal with the condo below.
