doggie888888 Posted December 12, 2010 Posted December 12, 2010 Lots of food/drink stalls. I did not see anything out of the ordinary or special in so far as night markets are concerned. There were a couple of stages with some performances (and noise). It was touted as bringing back "Naklua Old Town" feel, but alas for me, it felt like a mini Thepprasit market with more food and less knick knacks. Go and check it out for yourself, some may like it.
manarak Posted December 12, 2010 Posted December 12, 2010 Have been there. The place is hardly of any interest. Highlights include crispy grilled pork skin (yummy) and chang beer fountains (at the end on the bridge). Other than that...

doggie888888 Posted December 13, 2010 Posted December 13, 2010 Where, exactly, is it, please? From Dolphin Roundabout, travel north on Naklua Road for about 4km (or thereabouts I think). When you see a large buddha tree almost in the middle of the road and crowds of people, you have arrived. Naklua Rd is blocked off there anyway, so just go straight up Naklua Rd from Dolphin Round until you can't proceed due to road closure for the market. Night market happens only on weekends. If you take baht bus from say Woodlands Resort, tell him to go to Talat Na-ke-lu-a.
