Rimmer Posted December 13, 2010 Share Posted December 13, 2010 Bag Snatching Youths Succesfully Captured By Volunteer PATTYA; -- A police volunteer gave chase and succesfully captured two Thai men who had just snatched a bag from a Russian woman in Jomtien. Pattaya, 12 December 2010 (PDN): At 3.20am Pattaya Police Chief Inspector Major Colonel Suppharuek was notified that two young Thai men had snatched a bag from a Russian woman in front of the Sea Breeze Hotel, Jomtien Beach Road, Moo12, Nongprue, Banglamung. Fortunately a police volunteer managed to follow the offenders and captured them at the Sukhumvit Road / Soi Chaiyaphruk 2 intersection.
