Help To Help

I have come across a pair of 5 year-old twin boys that desperately needs to be taken out of their present environment and put in a new loving home. They are not orphans but their mother is ill and cannot cope with them.

The problem is complicated by the fact that the boys are seriously troubled. A "normal" family would grow tired of them within a couple of hours and they would be back where they came from the next day.

Does anybody out there know of an organization that might help me to help and tell me what I might want to do and what I should not do ? Preferably in central Thailand.
