Suggest you go down to the city centre at Phan Mu Lao, backpacker area..they are plenty of travel agencies that have buses to the outskirts...Mui Nie is about 200 km north of HCM...

What transfer are you referring to ?...outside the arrival hall either you can get a taxi or a very cheap regular bus to the city, just ask the bus conductress to drop you at 'pham ngou lau' she will know...
