Bread Knife

Hi!!!

I really would be grateful if you guys could help me in finding a breadknife. I have been stranded up here in Chaiyaphum (Isaan) and I am unable completely to find any breadknife!! If I cant get it by go to a store and purchase it. I can settle with a webpage and I can take a chance and buy it on line. Any help is great.

maybe a specialist cooking equipment store in BKK would have one but I looked and ended up bringing one back purchased from a supermarket in the middle east...maybe have a friend in the west send one out in a courier envelope?

it's really hard to keep those things with serrated edges sharp...

INDEX have a very good Prestige series,have had mine 3 years now still very sharp.

There is a place selling good quality knives on the first floor (2nd for yanks)of Royal Garden Plaza beach Rd end also have a look at the kitchen section in Central Dept atore

Does anyone know of a source for Ceramic Knives in the Pattaya/Jomtien area?

I've never seen or used one but have been hearing good reports from the States.
