Serenade, a truly creative and original restaurant concept with its impeccable service and amazing menu, is a perfect addition to Grass, Thong Lo.

The delicious menu, re-printed daily depending on what fresh produce is available, is prepared by two of Bangkok's leading international chefs, General Chefanger (Timber) and Cook da Food (Aaron); two very hands-on guys who are actively involved in the kitchen every day of the week.

The photos give you a pretty good idea of the quality of food served, and the headings in the menu paint an even clearer picture: Vegetarian or Vegan, Fill you belly... starches, For the Carnivores and Stuff that swims.

But, despite the obvious high-grade of the food, Serenade has moved away from the traditional and rigid coursed dinner style and embraces a casual tapas style of service which creates a much more natural and comfortable style of dining whether you want to sit in the upstairs dining area or the downstairs bar to enjoy it.

Unless you're going for the lamb chops or steaks (฿750-฿1,200) you'll find that your ฿1,000 voucher (which you're only paying ฿480 for!) is enough for a very satisfying amount of food and wine. There's a 2-voucher limit, though, so go ahead and buy another one if you like to indulge in steaks and more than 1-2 glasses of wine when eating out.
