Which road route is the best option to Pong Nam Ron from BKK? Is it via Cholburi, Kleang and Chantaburi or one of several northern routes via Chacheonsao? If the later, can anyone advise best road conditions and route details?

Would not mind to know this to as i need to do a run tommorrow. I had no idea that Aranyaphetet was so bad! And being a Friday also, what time do does the border open?

For anyone living in Wongamat Beach, there's a new open mall being constructed across the street from the Centara Grand Mirage resort. It's supposed to open later this year and will contain restaurants, cafes, a grocery store, etc. With any luck, the grocery store will be good. And the area could use a few more restaurants.
