They will tell you it is because a relative is bothering them for money but the real reason is they don't want the guy calling anymore so they buy a new sim card. They call you thinking you will remember their voice or at least their name. Not knowing that you probably know 20 Leks and 25 Nois. In my phone I have one woman with 25 different numbers, she is an active little thing.
