Why complain. It is pointless. Anyway the point of the questionnaire is to make things more attractive (5555) to encourage more tourists, they already have you by the short and curlies

I understood that question to mean, "If you heard someone talking trash about Thailand, how likely would you defend Thailand?"

For example, if you heard someone say "Only perverts go to Thailand.", how likely would you correct them?
