So I got this (3770) yesterday, quite impressed so far...However I have had a little trouble inputting some coordinates.

I am now trying to input BNH (Hospital). I looked it up in maps google and got the coordinates as 13.725294 and 100.535223. I then went to input these and got as far as N13 and then the numbers 6,7,8 and 9 were not available. I could input E100.53522. This is not the only time that I find these numerals not available...ie a darker colour than the rest. I did check the coordinates on Google Earth and it took me to BNH

I guess it's something simple, but I would appreciate some help...thanks.

Try using the correct format. You want "h ddd.ddddd".

Sorry, I can't find any h and ds. Many of my other coordinates went in ok, I though I was using the same method throughout. Can anyone else help..thanks

You need to change your map coordinate format to match the decimal format cited in your original post. You do that from the 3770 Enter Coordinates screen. Touch upper left corner > Format > Select Format "h ddd.ddddd" > Save. Then you can enter your decimal coordinates.
