Questions About Renewing My 1 Year "Non-O" -Retirement Visa

My question is : Does the required 800,000 baht need to be in my Thai bank for 2 or 3 months before I can renew my retirement visa for another 1 year extension? Also, if I desired, would I be allowed to renew my retirement visa early , say 1 month before its expiration date ??

A renewal will require funds in bank 3 months - only the first extension of stay is it 2 months.

Normally they accept up to 30 days early with no justification and often earlier if you prove travel plans.
