Nobody did. I am registered 'individual entrepreneur' in Russian Federation. Suddenly I've learned that I need a stamp to verify the documents in order to pay taxes via internet. Sounds wild, but the bureaucracy is like that.

i maybe wrong, to make these stamps you need to have documention of your company in Thai ...

Any stamp from a design on paper, takes a few days as I think they are sent to surrat , they remake worn out stamps also.
