MegaRanter
Any African eatery or bars in Bangkok, they haul it in from Malaysia or Cambodia and its dirt cheap if you buy a pack of 24 cans. Even malta guiness, you know that one Thai people say tastes like kunumpang (bread).
sceadugenga
Places like Rimping in Chiang Mai would have it. I've seen it in the duty free shop in Tachilek too,
Limbo
Guinness is sold at Porn shop, at least if you mean the rather special, tasty dark brew in black half liter cans. A beer of the eating and drinking at the same time type. Don't be surprised if a can will be about 200 Baht. It is imported after all. Porn shop is located in the center of town at the main street (Paholyotin Road), about thirty meters down the street from the traffic lights at First Church at the right. It's a small shop and you can easily miss it. This if you come from the north. Coming out of the soi from the night bazaar (Kodak and Pharmacy on the corners) you take to the right towards the traffic lights. You pass the office of Thai International Airways and as soon as the traffic permits it you might cross the street. You will see the Old Dutch Restaurant. Next to it the big open pharmacy of good English speaking Khun Manon and almost next to this a small shop, almost hidden behind the 'we sell sigarets' sign. That's the one! As small as it is, this shop offers a surprising broad assortment of wines and other mind broadening and liver patting beverages, not to talk about imported tobacco's, sigars, etc. On top of that the shopkeepers are very nice people indeed. Enjoy! Cheers! Limbo

That doesnt seem dirt cheap to me.
harsu
I've seen it -at some point - in Ayes Deli (in the lane beside De Vinci's restaurant in town. They sometimes have cider there as well. Didn't look at the price. They're worth checking out for the mozeralla and cold meats as well. TacoBoy
I had a fancy of a Cigar and was directed to inquire at Porn's Liquor store next to the Old Dutch. They do have some assortment of Cigars, smokes, various imported beers, some wines etc. Seems to be a good place to look for hard to find liquor and smoke items. Their stock seems to change so check periodically Don't think they have Skool or Copenhagen Chew Tobacco or Snuff.
