Anyone know the events highlights and exact dates for the above 2 festivals ?

I know CNY falls on Feb 3rd but what are the events and dates/times ? Any parade ?

I only have the Flower Festival dates are Feb 4th to 6th, anyone know their events dates/times ? Are they the same everyday ?

I think there is grand parade but not sure which day(s) and time.

TAT as usual never give details of all these festivals events, not even for Loy Krathong, wonder why.

Actually, that's not quite true. Sometimes TAT get it together and publish a detailed calendar of events but being where we are it's about as reliable as you would expect!
