Hi all, would like to let you know about an event being held in Chaing Rai for nonThai University students. It seems like a good deal since it is free. All this information are found in the links.

Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna Chiang Rai is hosting this.

Program duration:

The program takes two weeks between 4^th and 15^th July 2011.

Program Activities

(1). Thai Culture studies

· Thai language for beginner (Expression)

· Thai history

· Thai foods and dessert

· Thai boxing

· Northern Thai way of living

(2). Trip in Chiang Rai

· Hill tribe Village sightseeing

· Kantoke Dinner (Typical Northern Thai food)

· Golden Triangle tour

· Phu Chi Fah

· King's mother botanical garden and Doi Tung Temple

· Nine historical temples

Number of students attended

5 – 10 students in any field of study

Remarks:

(1). Program activities are free of charge

(2). Free accommodation is arranged

(3). The airfares (overseas and domestic flights) are not provided.

The students have to pay for their flights

(4). Some meals are provided
