cdnvic
Last week I was working on a house overlooking the beach and it was a warm enough day that quite a few people were out in the water splashing around, several of them in itty bitty bikinis. As a trained first aid attendant, I made sure to keep a close eye in case one slipped and fell. About 2 in the afternoon the sky got rather dark and soon enough the rain began to sprinkle down lightly. Everyone rushed out of the water for dry land. WHY??????? Wasn't that the whole purpose of getting in the water in the first place? There was no lightning, just a little passing shower, yet everyone rushed out of the water to... I know this makes no sense... apparently avoid getting wet. I suppose we humans do alot of really weird things that will some day baffle anthropologists, this is only one that I've noticed. Anyone else notice some oddities like this? cv
chownah
Do you mean like if its a chilly morning and I'm wearing a jacket and long pants so I'm just comfortably warm then my wife comes up and asks me if I'm cold?
Gazza
I posted only yesterday about how Thai girls like having the air-con turned to the blizzard setting only then to hide under blankets to keep warm.
