September 8, 200520 yr THE MILITARY RESHUFFLE LIST HAS NOW BEEN APPROVED His Majesty King BHUMIBOL ADULYADEJ (ภูมิพล อดุลยเดช) has approved the military reshuffle list today. The important changes are as follows. General SIRICHAI THANYASIRI (สิริชัย ธัญญสิริ), the Deputy Supreme Commander, has been appointed as the Permanent-Secretary to the Ministry of Defence. Air Chief Marshal THARET PUNSRI (ธเรศ ปุณศรี), the Air Chief of Staff, has been appointed as the Deputy Permanent-Secretary to the Ministry of Defence. General RUANGROJ MAHASARANONT (เรืองโรจน์ มหาศรานนท์), the Chief of the Supreme Command Advisory Council, has been appointed as the Supreme Commander. General SONTHI BOONYARATGLIN (สนธิ บุญยรัตน์กลิน) has been appointed as the Commander in Chief of the Royal Thai Army. Admiral SATHIRABANDH KEYANOND (สถิรพันธ์ เกยานนท์), the Deputy Supreme Commander, has been appointed as the Commander in Chief of the Royal Thai Navy. Air Chief Marshal CHALIT PUKPASOOK (ชลิต พุกผาสุข), the Commander in Chief of the Air Combat Command, has been appointed as the Commander in Chief of the Royal Thai Air Force. All appointments will become effective from the first of October this year.
