All loss of life in this appalling middle-east war is tragic, and completely unacceptable; it’s a shame however, that you neglected to mention that this only happened because Hezbollah resumed firing rockets and drones indiscriminately at the civilian population of Israel on 2nd March 2026, breaking a ceasefire that had been in place since November 2024 ✌️

They even tried to claim that Palestinian rockets targeted the Al-Quds Hospital, using this narrative to justify attacks on other hospitals in Gaza. This is the dominant discourse in the West and sometimes in the region, which says Hezbollah has weakened

Let’s drop the lirs that “most of the world” labels Hezbollah a terrorist organisation. In reality, only a small bloc of countries - mainly Western states and a handful of allies - have formally designated it as such.

The vast majority of countries on the planet do not. That’s simply a fact. Billions of people live in states that either recognise Hezbollah as a political party, treat it as a regional actor, or don’t classify it at all under terrorism laws.

So claiming there’s some global consensus is not just wrong - it’s the opposite of reality.

And trying to link someone’s views to a “Muslim flag” is blatant prejudice. Equating being Muslim with supporting terrorism is racist, bigoted, and completely undermines any claim to be arguing in good faith.
