Hi folks, anyone interested in taking over a well established and profitable guest house? I have to leave Thailand by June / July and start looking for someone to take over.

Here are the facts: located next to BTS station, key money 3 million baht (fixed), monthly rent 80.000, 3 month rent deposit, net profit between 100.000 and 180.000 (low/high), run by my wife and me plus 1 employee.

It isn't all about profit. I have other obligations and chances to turn to in the next couple of years.
