Vagrant found dead close to the Sattahip Navy Base

PATTAYA: -- A well known vagrant who had been seen wandering around the boundaries of the Sattahip Navy Base for many years was found dead on Friday Afternoon. The partially clothed body of the man, whose name and age is unknown, was found by a Military Police Officer who was on routine patrol. Rescue Services were called as were the Police and it was revealed that kind-hearted navy personnel would give the man food on a daily basis and they became concerned he did not arrive for food on Friday.
