Best Junkyards?

Featured Replies

When I lived outside of Lam Chabang on the Eastern Seaboard, there were several large junkyards.  They recycled metal fixtures from buildings and huge machines.  You could buy almost anything  metal you can think of.  After moving to Chiang Mai, I've only bumped into small recycling stations and places that deal solely in car parts.  Does anyone know where a big "junkyard" is?  I'm out towards Mai Rim, but would be willing to travel quite a ways if I can get a good recommendation.  Thanks in advance.

Where would these places be at ? (in CM)
