Fly Paper

Featured Replies

I like to take my meals on my front porch but I always am bothered by flies, it would be nice to eat a meal without having to keep waving those darn flies away.

Is there anyplace around Chiang Mai that sells fly paper?

I do know if it works for flies. But for mosquitoes I take a piece of banana leaf and brush oil on it both sides. Then hang it up. Works the same as all the mosquitoes stick to it!

You can try the glue for catching rats. Take a chopstick (or any other stick) and cover it with the glue, then put some sugar on the glue. After 5 minutes the stick is black with flies. And they are stuck. :)

WOW

What a good idea, then you could deep fry the sticks and sell them at the night bizzarwhistling.gif

Yum Yum :licklips:

In the insecticide area of any large super market look for a little green bottle of the "glue" attached to 8 or 10 incense like sticks. I can't remember what this stuff is called but it works well. Be careful that the sticks are well mounted after spreading on the glue as it can make quite a mess if it falls over on to something. It is in a blister pack and pretty hard to miss with the sticks and small green bottle.

I don't know if it will work on fly's but it works on mosquitoes. Spray a little bit of Listerine around you and some on you.<br>
