Accurate Fat % Measurement

It is not possible to measure accurate fat contents from the living.

The most accurate method to be used on humans while they stay alive is with a hydrostatic weighing tank. I would guess that the medical faculty of any university has such thing.

This is the kind of thing I am looking for. It is the most accurate as far as I know. The alternatives are either one of those scales with body fat % measurement, which will vary by a few % within 5 minutes, or a caliper, which is even less accurate. I'll try uni then. Thanks!

Jutt settle for a blood test.chloresterol. Sorry as you have not explained why you want tbis test?

I am working out to gain muscle and cut some fat down. Just need a number to work with to gauge the progress.
