Get Together Something-or-another

Featured Replies

I’ve been working for a multi-national in Bangkok for a couple of months, traveled here numerous time before for work and pleasure. Now that I settling in I’d like meet some new people here. Do have work friends as well as Thai friends from some work I did here with an NGO. I have been looking for any social groups that fit but haven’t seen them. I don’t have a hard core idea; could be something like a book discussion group or expats who are managers here comparing notes. Could be existing or new. Happy if its expats and Thais. Happy if men and women. Could be all ages or work situations. Maybe the “theme” is just checking out difference restaurants or something if an excuse is needed. In other words - I'm open to whatever. I’m not interested in just a drinking and carousing night out but don’t mind the adult beverages along with dinner or fun on the town. Just looking for interesting people who might want to get together once a month for dinner.

Any ideas?

You can start with the Piss-up on this Sat 17th Sept. at Larry's Dive mentioned under the Pub/Fun board.

There are SO many ways to meet people outside the usual circle - be it Chambers of Commerce, Hash House Harriers, Football clubs or whatever!

Cheers!
