If its a decent road or mountain bike then the best place without a doubt id TCA cycles (the Bianchi shop). jackr Posted March 14, 2011 Share Posted March 14, 2011 Tom, or co, will sort them at Top Gear - 300 yds on the right along Chiang Moi (after turning off moat). It's on the left-hand bend next door to m/bike accessory place and after a bank. The guy there will sort simple stuff like brakes on the spot no doubt. Wouldn't bother with jackie.
