Popular Pattaya Pubs raided by local Police and government officials

PATTAYA: -- Two of Pattaya’s busiest Pubs, catering mostly for Thai’s were raided by Banglamung District Licensing Officials along with Pattaya Police late on Saturday Night. Differ Pub located close to Big C in North Pattaya and Hollywood Discotheque in Soi Petragoon, also in North Pattaya were raided by over 100 officers and volunteers. The music was stopped, the lights were turned on and urine tests of patrons and staff took place. At the end of the operation, 1 person was detained as they were not carrying their Thai ID Card

No tea money here then. BUT what a find the raid was worthwhile. 1 person was without their I.D. card. 100 or so officers ???

Just wondering if then the lights were turned off, music starts and bingo====100 or so gate crashers. a good way eh!! to save entrance fees :cheesy:
