Does anyone have a good contact for a man with a van to help me move from Bangkok to Phangyan sometime next month?

I have too much stuff for a covered pickup (e.g. 'standard' Toyota), so I need something a little bigger.

It needs to be someone reliable and with good English, as my Thai is very limited.

Any recommendations anyone?
