I will still have 6 days left on my Non-Immigrant visa type O when I arrive in just over a week, so can get stamped in for 90 days.

I'm interested in procuring an established business and will require a work permit if it all works out.

There seems to be several options : one buying the business and applying for a work permit based on the number of thai employees.The other registering a set amount of capital and applying based on that.What is the best option?

What visa will I need? Is it worth getting a new visa in UK before I come?Still just time.

You can do what you want on the O visa entry and it will be for 90 days.
