I can understand the larger dogs being nicked. But as for Chihuahuas, Pugs and other small breeds. I don't think that I have seen one walking, they are always being carried. So don't know when they get nicked? The other day I saw a girl, with one of those baby carriers slung in front of her. With I kid you not a bloody dog in it?

Our Chi's are running around in the garden all day. My wife is terrified that someone will steal them when we are not home. I'm just concerned that a big bird or perhaps a snake will drop by one day. I wonder if that will count as kidnapping???

We do rarely talk them for a walk, but only in a leash!

Don't mind with my 7. their smile is genuine, and they dont know how to use an ATM, ya pays for what ya gets, just to add some of the bar persons are dogs. Some I said -don't get ratty posters, i'm not a bar basher.

I have a theory that they are being smuggled down to Koh Phi Phi. If you look around carefully you'll eventually spot western girls, white as snow, usually the girlfriend of a thai tattoo artist, wandering around looking miserable and carrying said pug/other "breed". Just a thought

Dogs are packed into trucks and sent up to Sakhon Nakhon province for domestic consumption and also for export to Vietnam across from Cambodia. Only a few hundred miles to Hanoi from Isan..Thais will do anything for money.
