I am looking for the most current information on the issue of a Thai citizen (my GF) who would like to accompany me on a visit to the US.

How long should we expect the visa application process to take, and are there any quirks we need to know about that will facilitate the application process?

This question is asked at least once a week, and there is a lot of info, in this forum. Do your self a favor, do a search and you will find all the answers you need. The Visa proses and requirements have not changed in the past few months.

Go to the u.s. consulate website.

Down load whichever form applicable to your situation.

Read them over very carefully.

After that come back and ask all the questions that you have.

I guarantee you, you will have plenty of little silly questions among some other many important and relevant questions at the same time.
