Hi all we applied for indefinite leave to remain I'n the uk on the 17th of febuary, anyone know what the turnaround time is for this as that's approximate 6 weeks we have been waiting please let me know how long you waited for your application to be decided thanks all

Takes as long as it takes I'm afraid. The first time we applied for FLR we didn't hear for almost 4 months, last time it was just 2 weeks (My Mrs hadn't passed the English requirements due to her college being inflexible). Could come next week, or could take another 6 weeks.

It could be a long wait, I'm afraid.

Waiting times

We will:
decide 95% of postal applications within six months; and

decide 90% of applications made in person at a public enquiry office within 24 hours.
