How can i apply for Thailand Citizenship?

contact the Head Office Police, Special Branch Division. 02-252-1714

and pray you are in Bangkok because the guys in my province (where I am required to apply) don't know how to do it, claim I don't do it here!

Just as an update Doc, we did go back to the police in Surat Thani and the guys we were told to go see claimed it was not their job. Next, I try the police in Samui, altho it isn't provincial HQ, perhaps they have more of an idea seeing as how they have more farangs there.

Keep at it sbk...chok dee na. Ole Harpreet isn't too forthcoming about his / her / its grounds for claim, so we'll wait for some deeper input. No batteries in my crystal ball, and asking the first 40 questions is just too hard. Sensibility must prevail.
