If anyone can give me an answer I will say thank you. I need help, please help me! I don't have long on my visa spouse, 14 days to be exact. I know to apply you must not do it before the month. You have to do it in the last month. But I want to apply for permenant settlement and don't know if there is a deadline in which I can't apply after that?

Also if my visa expire on the 14th, when do I need to leave the country?

The government(s) have not approved a Permanent Residency permit for about 5 years. There's not likely to be any soon either.

The Home Office Public Enquiry Office at Croydon do a fast tracked same-day service. That is if you have passed 'Life in the UK Test' or completed the necessary Course.

see which is a firm, one of many who you can email who will explain the SET (M) forms required fees etc.

You must be quick to complete the necessary forms for the UKBA and return them in time

Are you asking about Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK?

If so, the latest date you can submit your application is the day your current leave to enter or remain expires. If you have not done so by then you will be in the UK illegally and should immediately leave.

Form SET(M) is the form to apply for ILR on the basis of marriage to a UK citizen or resident; is this your situation? If not then a different form and different requirements will apply.

If not the UK, please say which country and what type of visa you are asking about.
