Is Airasia Totally Incompetent?

try using a different browser. Often Firefox will not be good enough......some sites are designed for use with Internet Explorer

No it was not that it was airasia, I normally use Chrome, tried IE, did the same on another computer, I have 2 internet connections with different companies also.

When I contacted them the 3rd time they said there was problem with there site, I think that is rather conclusive that is was not on my end!
