Even though Thai air is a public company, it's run like a government department with obvious corruption.

People pay for advancement within the company,buying their positions.

Cronyism is rife within these sort of Thai companies. (TOT etc)

I am flying TA for the first time this month from Bangkok to CM the plane is suppose to leave at 6:40 my flight arrives Bangkok at 3:15 will I have enough time to clear customs etc. and make the flight?

You've got 3 and half hours, so that will be plenty of time.
