You don't need just ANY photographer... you need a photographer with experience in shooting Jelwery.

I used to own 4 jewelry stores back in the states.

Very hard to take a good photo to show the sparkle of a Diamond.

Asked to see work of the same kind of jewelry you want shot, or make them prove to you they can do it before you

pay.

My recommendation would be Doug Morton (72 Studio):

He's done some product photography for me similar to the work you are talking about and has shot some great family portraits of my little clan. The bonus for your project may be that he is also a graphic designer with plenty of experience with catalogue and book layouts. Doug is a friend so I won't wax too lyrical but I do hope that you take a look; he's professional, experienced and good value.
