lopburi3 Posted April 19, 2011 Share Posted April 19, 2011 You can both obtain non immigrant O visa on basis of marriage without any financial requirements in your respective home countries. But a visa only allows a stay of 90 days. If you wish to remain in Thailand without a need to exit every 90 days you need an extension of stay from Immigration. I see that now .. i thought i just had to go and see immigration every 3 month .. well , live and learn , ivé learned little bit to day anyway!
