Hi Guys Thanks for reading this I have a few Questions that some of you might be able to help me with , I have a 3Meg TOT link and was thinking of upgrading it to a higher speed link " is it worth the upgrade " !

I am looking to get a new Modem / Router one that I can fit a larger than standard antenna I have been told to to leave the CISCO WAG120N and the Linksys WRT54G (S) due to firm ware problems so what unit would you recommend also is there any good computer shops in Hat Yai or Songkhla .

Its been a few years since BBC E was removed from the Platinum UBC package so been looking at a way to watch programs from the UK on the internet but programs like 4OD and the BBC seem to be not available while in Thailand any thoughts ?

I was looking for a new modem/router last year. Back in the US, the techie guy said the combos are not really the best way to go. Best to get a modem, then get a good wireless router.

Thanks Craigt3365 all ok on getting a modem and a router well after going round all the computer shops in Songkhla thats what I might have to do , So I think I will search in Hat Yai and see what I can find .

I also want to put larger antenna on what ever I find but was hoping to find a Modem / wireless router but if I have no luck getting any thing in the south it looks like I will have to come to Bangkok for the day .

So were is the best place to look for a good Modem / Wireless / Router that I can fit larger antenna .
