tonybuak
I have just made a oil drum oven," from an old Oil drum funnily enough" and seem to have got the base sorted Thanks to the internet, cheese from makros, However as i wnder round Tescos and every where else I see lots of Salamie type saucies hung all around , There all most waving at me, Knowing that I need Chortizo to complete my master plan, Does anybody know if any of them can do the trick? I should imagin in Bangkok you could pick up a Choritzo but I have a feeling it would be pricy.
lannarebirth
Carrefour used to carry both the Spanish and the Mexican varieties of chorizo. Haven't been there in a while since the Big C takeover, so don't know if they sill do.

millwall_fan
also, Makro Hang dong Rd have a new deli section which may have Chorizo. I'm certain I've seen it there, but will confirm when I go there on Monday. As Milton says, Rimping have definitely got it - and not too expensive. Konini
Be aware that there is a fair difference between Spanish and Mexican Choritzo - make your choice based on whether your home country is US or EU. And yes, it is going to be expensive. Edited April 16, 2011 by Konini
