Thieves Cut Telephone Cords As Learned From TV

Out of four thieves, three were arrested for illegally cutting telephone cords and claimed they had learned it from TV.

Pattaya, 21st April 2011 [PDN]: At 3 a.m., as Police Sub-Lieutenant, Noppadol Intarasorn was patrolling Banglamung area, he was informed that various Saraburi men were cutting telephone cords at Pondtep Village 5, Moo.2, Nongplalai, Banglamung, Chonburi.

At the scene the police spotted a Ford pick-up truck (number plate: Por-Kor 9241, Chonburi) with four men loading TOT telephone cords onto the vehicle.

Three men caught stealing telephone Cable at Pattaya Village

PATTAYA: -- Three men, accused of stealing Telephone cable were caught by Banglamung Police in the early hours of Thursday Morning, a fourth man in the group managed to escape. Residents at the Porntearp Village 5 in the Nong Pla Lai area were awoken by the noise created by the group who were climbing poles to remove the valuable cable. Police soon arrived but were soon involved in a car chase as the men attempted to elude capture.
