the way it's worded, it sounds like you need to be in the day before the date printed.

i asked a border immigration official a while back and i remember them saying it was still valid on the day printed as well...but the way it's worded, it sounds like you need to be in the day before the date printed.

just want to verify...thanks much for any answers..

It is up to the officer, and normally it says something like: must be utilized before. But it can also say soemthing like: valid until.

I believe normally they will allow you to enter, but there is no 100% guarantee.
