Hmm Northern Soul and scooters - that is some time ago - but not so long ago I had the pleasure of testing a Stella 150 Classic Scooter, which did bring back some memories.

LML, an Indian company, is making the classic full metal classic scooters – same as the old Vespa's under a license of Piaggio – and they are available in Thailand.... A free 3th wheel is included to make changing tires a easy operation....
