No 11.11.11 is the name of the Unicef collecting scheme ( it happens on the 11th november each year ) for the poor in the world,which I know is a hoax since the do it for the past 50 years and those people are still poor. There's certainly been a dramatic storm here in Bangkok with widespread flooding.
