True Dsl Not Using Invisible Proxy Anymore

For the last few days now I have had stright through access to the web, which for me is a relief as I have been writing webpages and everytime I made a change I had to wait for the stupid proxy to update (sometimes it would backdate ???)

Anyway last 3 or so days it goes and gets the site directly, also noticed itr with the news sites, etc too.

This is good.

Speeds have slowed right down - this is bad, esp from the US speeds can sometimes be dial up speed.

are you sure that its not your temporary internet files cache that

is redisplaying your old webpage?

i find that i have to sometimes delete temporary internet files to

get the updated html to show

I use firefox, I have it set to retrieve pages everytime I visit. So no it isn't my internet cache.

Others in the forum were complaining about the invisible proxy too.

I also used to work helpdesk for a major ISP (not Thai) and know one of these stinkers when I hit one.
