Money transfer - my friend bank draft money from Malaysia to University bank account in Thailand.But, we want to get the refund from University.Then what should i do? what i should show to the University to get refund?

Your transaction receipt from the bank that sent the money including the beneficiary account details, and if you can, a receipt from the university that received the money.

As long as a bank draft has not be cashed, it can be canceled. Check with the issuing bank to see if it's been cashed. If not, cancel it.

If already cashed, it's just like you bought something at a store--you must deal directly with the store to get a refund. The bank did their job in issuing and cashing the bank draft; they can't go recover the money for a product/service that the customer don't like and now wants his money back.
