I have been thinking of making my own grape juice in Chiang Mai. I would like to add yeast to it and let it sit awhile and was wondering if the temperatures in Chiang Mai would be too high for that? Is there anyone else making aged grape juice in the Chiang Mai area that could pass on some tips? Also are there any places in the Chiang Mai area that sell live yeast, corks, strainers and maybe some other interesting supplements for aged grape juice?

If you want to make the "grape juice" that is illegal in Thailand, you will need a specific type of yeast that you will not be able to buy in Thailand.
