WinnieTheKhwai
Next update to OS X is due soon. You could just wait a bit and go to the latest version. http://www.apple.com/macosx/lion/ BTW, why would you need a 'consultant' to do it? I thought Macs were easy? infernalman7
Lion is great. Currently using it right now. I think the biggest challenge for all Mac users would be "revert scrolling". Scrolling would be like on iPhones and iPads instead. You move your finger down, the page scrolls up, not down.

CobraSnakeNecktie
Lion is supposed to be the first OS that will be offered in the App store application. So if you install the free App Store application then your good to go. Lion to be released via App Store App Store

smiling mantis
Snow Leopard is a prerequisite for Lion, so might as well get it now.
Oneman
Snow Leopard is a prerequisite for Lion, so might as well get it now. That's important, and I didn't know that. Thank you, Smiling Mantis, for posting about it here. My decision was to go with Snow Leopard now. MacZone shop called this morning; computer ready for pickup.
