colinthailand20005
I need legal advice, last year in July my Thai wife purchased a post pay iPack plus from Truemove. The terms and conditions of my package state I get: Unlimited 3G data Uncapped speed upto 7.2mbps Unlimited Wi-Fi Unlimited Edge 350 minutes & 400 Messages Up until 2 weeks ago I did not have any problems, but now I can only download at 256kbps, I called Truemove on many occasions, and they tell me they know I am on the unlimited pack but they cannot give me the unlimited 3G anymore and cannot explain why. I am now at the end of my teather with Truemove, what action can I take against them. Thanks
Sunbelt Asia
Call the Thai Consumer Protection Board at their hotline -- 1166. They will investigate the matter. The Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB) initially will try to mediate and to resolve this dispute, if no mutual agreement can be reached and if OCPB feels that you have a case against True, they would then proceed with legal action, which they would process and then make their ruling within 41 days (approximately).
